Job description:

We are  looking for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Support specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a full time position with mixed morning and evening shift working schedule.

 

Job responsibilities:

•             Manage customers' incoming requests through phone calls, email, online chat, social media channels etc in timely and professional manner

•             Provide accurate, valid, complete information and support to the customers

•             Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits;

•             Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate support

•             Take the extra mile for customers’ retention;

•             Make outbound calls in case of need

 

Required qualifications

•             Bachelor of University (or a student)

•             Work experience in Customer service related fields will be a plus

•             Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills

•             Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages

•             Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, flexibility, ability to deliver an excellent customer service

•             To be computer-literate and able to use software/tools with minimal supervision;

•             Strong customer-oriented attitude

•             Ability to work independently with or without direct supervision
