We are looking for a high-performing B2C Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain client relations,
- Outreach clients via cold emails and calls,
- Meet/keep contact with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs,
- Discuss with customers their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them,
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics,
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis,
- Work with CRM and process client information,
- Formulate sales policies and procedures.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field,
- Successful previous experience as B2C sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets,
- Ability to work in fast dynamics of sales,
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close,
- Strong business sense and industry expertise,
- Knowledge of market research,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages,
- Patient and team player.
