B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.




•          Build and maintain relations with partners from foreign market 

•          Keep contact with potential partners and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs 

•          Discuss with partners their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them 

•          Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 

•          Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs

•          Conduct foreign market research and competitor and partner analysis 

•          Formulate sales policies and procedures 

•          Proactively pursue new sales opportunities





•          BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field 

•          A relevant work experience as a B2B sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 

•          Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 

•          Strong business sense and industry expertise 

•          Knowledge of foreign market research 

•          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 

•          Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages 

•          Patient and team player
