Business Process Manager

We are looking for a motivated Business Process Manager who will be eager to evaluate and make improvements to the company’s business processes. The person will ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements as needed. At the same time the person will work with the HR department to create exceptional culture and strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.


Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification
Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
Provide training programs on new processes as needed
Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement
Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization’s business lines, products and services
Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
Coordinates day-to-day execution of the process


5+ years working within an organization on a similar role or a role that requires an understanding of company processes
MBA will be a plus
Fluent in Armenian and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer Care Unit Manager


We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Unit Manager (CCU) to keep the department running in an efficient manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.



  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the Customer Care Unit
  • Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards for an entire team
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity of the team
  • Delegate certain customer enquiries to specific teams
  • Maintain accurate records and document all activities and discussions of Customer Care Unit
  •    Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs




  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a customer service manager or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with IT field is a plus
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian, French will be a plus
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends
  • Ability to effectively coach, train and lead a team
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for successful product presentation in the marketplace and will ensure that everyone is following the product roadmap and that features are being released on time and are of a high quality.

Job responsibilities

  • Developing a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers

  • Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages is a must
