We will certainly speak about today’s events during the release but let’s start from the past. Eight years ago in February we got terrible and unbelievable news from Budapest – Azerbaijani officer Ramir Safarov had murdered Gurgen Margaryan, who was on a business trip in Budapest to participate in NATO program, by chopper. And this took place in the frames of a program which was called “Cooperation For the Sake of Peace”. Safarov was sentenced to life imprisonment in Hungary without amnesty right for 30 years.
