We have already told ones that for example in Estonia new business is registered in only 20 minutes. The Ministry of Justice promises to realize this here as well, moreover in the closest future. The Ministry promises reforms in attorney work as well. From now on attorneys will be distributed by taking into consideration not the number of population but the volume of the work. According to the Deputy Minister, Attorneys will be responsible for their each deal. To the question if those attorneys who confirmed the trade contract selling the same apartment to several people will be punished or not, the Deputy Minister Aram Orbelyan answered that it depends on the circumstance of proving the intension. And in order to exclude such cases in future the Ministry decided the contracts of apartments in not yet consutrcted buildings will be stated only by one attorney who will have the scale of the building and will mark each apartment after selling it.
