Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and the Vice-President of the European Commission expressed her concern regarding serious armed incidents on the borderline of Armenia and Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh. She expressed her deepest condolence for the victims. The High Representative calls the both sides for strictly keeping the ceasefire and demonstrate restraint in the case scenes and while public announcements, in order to prevent the future strengthening of the situation, which has been worsened during last months.
