RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan assigned Gabriel Balayan, the pro-rector of legal, administrative and economic works of the university to the responsibilities of the rector of “Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov” untill selecting and assigning a rector according to the stated order.
