Almost everything was restored after dark and cold years: light, gas. Perhaps the general heating does not work everywhere, but if one has light and gas, then he is able to solve the issue of heating and that’s what people do. Only the issue of permanent water remains unsolved. One can’t build a separate water pipeline if there is no permanent water. And this is not only about Armenia. Artsakh residents also have the same issue.
