Minas Avetisyan’s “Armenia” fresco located on the wall of culture house of Vahramaberd village in Shirak region will also be restored. The culture house of the village has been damaged and dismantled because of the earthquake, only this wall with the fresco has been kept unchanged. 248 million AMD is provided from the State Budget for the restoration of the culture house.
